Terms of Service

Service related

Swift Woo Search is provided as a premium plugin designed to enhance the search experience on WooCommerce-based websites. The service includes live product search, relevance-based result sorting, and seamless integration with your existing storefront design. Support, updates, and documentation are included as long as the license is valid. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary outages or scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Pricing related

All prices are displayed in USD and reflect the current cost of a one-time license fee or subscription, depending on the plan selected. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or change feature availability at any time. Existing license holders will retain access to the features associated with their active plan at the time of purchase.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window after the initial purchase if the plugin does not function as described or fails to integrate with a standard WooCommerce setup. Refund requests must include a clear explanation of the issue. Refunds are not granted for feature requests, incompatibility with unsupported themes or plugins, or change of mind.

Access to the Software

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the plugin files and updates through your account dashboard. You may install Swift Woo Search on one or more sites depending on your selected license. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale of the plugin is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access in case of license abuse or violation of terms.
